Andrew Pressman MDes ’94 just completed Designing Profits: Creative Business Strategies for Design Practices (Routledge, 2016) with coauthor Maury Nunes. This new book, together with the two others in the “Designing” trilogy (Designing Relationships: The Art of Collaboration in Architecture and Designing Architecture: The Elements of Process), needed to be written to convey the distinctive message that the whole package—doing great design, getting it built, and running a business—are all intensely creative endeavors.
