Sculpture in front of ocean

NYC GSD alumni were invited to the screening of The Dreams of Others: 60 Years of Spanish Architecture. The film presents a critical look at the evolution of Spanish architecture in the last 60 years and features the participation of Carme Pinós, RCR Arquitectes, Luis Fernández Galiano, and Pau de Solà-Morales MDes ’97, DDes ’00, among others. Through telling this story about the last six decades of Spanish architecture and interior design, the film presents a critical reflection on the role of architecture and architects in society, how the figure of the architect has evolved, and where it might be headed in the future.

The screening was followed by a moderated conversation led by Gregory Haley MAUD ’98 and an audience Q&A. Learn more.
