Toni L. Griffin LF ’98 Appointed Professor in Practice of Urban Planning
Toni L. Griffin LF ’98 has been appointed Professor in Practice of Urban Planning at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, effective January 2016. Griffin will also lead a Design Lab at the Harvard GSD. She has spent the last five years as Professor of Architecture and Director of the J. Max Bond Center on Design for the Just City at the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York. She previously served as Distinguished Professor and Chair of Real Estate Law and Urban Planning at University of California, Berkeley, and Scholar in Residence for the Department of Urban Planning at Michigan State University. At the GSD, Griffin formerly served as an adjunct associate professor (2009-2011) and a design critic (2006-2009).
