Book Launch & Reception for Nicholas Hawksmoor: London Churches

Join Dean Mohsen Mostafavi for a book launch and reception for Nicholas Hawksmoor: London Churches on Friday, April 17 at 6 pm.

Hawksmoor was inspired by the ancient history of architecture, however in his time his work was considered radical and contemporary. Dean Mostafavi had the privilege of working with the esteemed architectural photographer Hélène Binet on the book. Binet’s immaculate black and white photographs demonstrate the beauty of Hawksmoor’s architecture with special attention to the variety of scales, sites, interiors, textures, and materials.
