Sert Council: 30 Dalton Tour and Luncheon

Members of the Josep Lluís Sert Council and local alumni gather at the recently completed 30 Dalton, designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and Cambridge Seven Associates, collaborating architects. The 26-story glass-and aluminum-clad residential tower, located at the edge of Christian Science Plaza in Back Bay, features 218 luxury rental units, below-grade parking, and ground-level retail on Belvidere Street. This project is part of a larger master plan that includes One Dalton, the neighboring 61-story Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences under construction, and a 5,000-square-foot park on Dalton Street that is being constructed with the project.
