Andrew P. Phillips MArch ’93 was featured in a story about rituals in Newsworks, the online home of public radio broadcaster WHYY News. Phillips, a licensed architect and full-time design teacher at the Charter High School for Architecture and Design in Philadelphia, spoke about the importance of rituals in his high-performance workplace.
