David De Celis MArch ’98, has been selected to join the newly formed Mayor’s Arts Task Force (MATF) for the City of Cambridge, MA. The group brings together artists and designers from a range of disciplines, as well as specialists in creating spaces for the arts, to help solve issues facing Cambridge’s creative community. An architect, hispanic, resident of Cambridge, and father of three, De Celis will bring his unique background and expertise to the Task Force. He is currently serving his 3rd year as Chair of the City’s Public Art Commission. The MATF will meet the 2nd Thursday of every month, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm, through June 2019.
